Artists on the Rise: Carmada
Yahtzel + LDRU = Carmada. In all seriousness, a lot of talent comes from the vibrant island of Australia, and Carmada is one of many. You would think they were friends since childhood, but it only took a few jokes, some beers, and almost getting kicked out of a hotel room for these two to find out they actually had a lot in common. I talked to 1/2 Carmada member, Yahtzel, before his set this past Friday at Folsom 1015 in San Francisco, and he says it's all been one massive dream that's happened so fast. From hanging out with electric legend Skrillex to partying on a private islands, I'd say they're having the time of their lives. If you want in on this experience, don't worry it's possible.
